What can I expect to earn?
Whilst the pay rates will vary on different accounts, our pay package is one of the most competitive in the industry. Based on a standard 55 hour week, you can expect to earn £300-£400 per week.

Is the work permanent?
No, our contractors are employed on a temporary contractual basis. We aim to keep our teams busy all year round. This offers you the flexibility to take time off when needed and gives you the flexibility to enjoy your personal time.

What will working with RD be like?
We guarantee that your career and lifestyle will be mixed and varied! You will travel around the UK and work with like-minded people! You will be challenged to deliver excellent results to our clients and to develop your own skills with guidance and training.

Do I get paid for my holiday allowance?
Yes! In line with the Working Time Directive, you are entitled to 24 days paid holiday per annum, paid on a pro-rota basis with your hours worked.

How do I pay for my travel and accommodation?
All accommodation is booked and paid for in advance by our dedicated booking team, on a bed and breakfast basis.

Will I receive training?
Yes! We will teach you new skills and provide you with opportunities to develop your existing qualities. Your training will be closely monitored and reviewed by one of our training managers.

Is uniform provided?
Yes, we provide all the uniform you will need as part of your starter pack. The contents and charge for the starter pack will be discussed at your interview.
